Since we dont have battles we use "divaeffectcontinue" as a fade out but they also sometimes call "fadeout" so set a flag so we don't do fade out again if we are already doing it.

Having xdu-specific data in this repo doesn't make much sense when most of the
data is fairly general to the engine, plus now I don't have to make a commit
every time I want to update the data.
